There is a great variety of Cecil support. We have online help support as well as email, one on one, and live customer service. Someone is always there to give you support, advice, and assistance.  If you have any concerns that need to be addressed, please do not hesitate to let us know as all critique and suggestions are taken very seriously with attention to the next release. We are trying to build a system that will help the university faculty to make it easier to teach, learn and communicate.
